About the Event

Are you interested in being a vendor for the BlacOak Winter Wine Festival? This information session is designed to answer all your questions and provide you with a clear picture of what to expect during the event and what we are looking for from each of the participating vendors. Completing the registration form does not guarentee access or participation each vendor will be required to submit insurance certificates and applicable permits. 

only one product vendor from each catergory will be accepted (candles, wine glasses etc.) You will be notified of approval and costs associated within 3days of registration submission. 

Topics include: 

  • Location Logistics 
  • Type of vendors we are approving 
  • Expected number of participants 
  • Arrival, setup, break, and breakdown times
  • The event theme, dress code 
  • Recap from our summer festival and the differences for this installment
