Vendor Registration Summer Wine Festival

Do you have an amazing wine, product, or food that our audience will love? Register today to become a vendor for the BlacOak summer wine festival. We are looking for the following vendor types: 

• Wine
• Spirits 
• Brews 
• Food (caterers and private chefs) 
• Food Trucks 
• Product (candle, skincare, wine-related items, food-related products, and more...)

We are expecting over 300 guests for our 2023 festival, and we hope that you will join us for a fun day filled with elevated experiences that showcase our city and culture in a deserved light. 

On Wednesday, May 24th we will be hosting our first information session to answer the questions of all potential vendors. 

BlacOak is intentional about curating an experience for both our guests and vendors. For our guests, we intend to feature only the products that enhance their lifestyles. For our vendors, we are aiming for you to have a profitable experience, in doing so we do not overly saturate any category which means all vendors will not be accepted to participate. Only 1-2 vendors with similar products will be accepted and those with the most polished presentations.

Accepted vendors will be contacted individually and will be required to submit the following: 

• Signed vendor contract 
• Insurance certification 
• High-Resolution Logo
• Vendor Fee
