The Palate Lab

Are you just beginning your wine journey? Maybe you have tried a few wines but don't know exactly what you like and or why. The BlacOak Tasting room will be transformed into a lab where our guests will participate in a series of comparisons to determine their individual wine profiles. Our sommelier host will discuss with each person individually the results of their experiment and reveal a series of wines they should try moving forward.  

• We encourage all guests to arrive on time. This event will begin on time and arriving late will affect the results of the experiment. 
• Food is available for purchase through Roxy Hall & Bistro.
• A PPA metered parking lot is available for use on Dupont street.
• The entrance to BlacOak Tasting Room is on Dupont Street.
